PSTDiff tool from Mobiliti identifies:
Mails that are present in the first pst file only.
Mails that are present in both pst files, but are different
It copies the differences to an output pst file, in addition to a text file
The pst file containing the differences has the same folder structure as the first pst file.
Please note that the differences between file A and B is not the same as difference between file B and A.
