Short description of SGP Baltie 4 C# 4.0: Baltie 4 C# (shortly B4) is a modern scalable object-oriented programming teaching tool, based on C# language, DirectX and .NET. It allows easy programming of 3D, 2D and console applications. Thanks to various modes this tool can be used by children and youth aged from 6 to 19.
